Mental Health and Wellbeing Support

Trauma-aware, culturally grounded mental health and wellbeing support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults.

About This Programme

You don't have to face it alone.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Community Support Program provides support to individuals aged 18 years and over who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, experiencing a moderate to severe mental illness — whether episodic or persistent. Individuals who have accessed community treatment with the TCHHS mental health team are prioritised for the service.

We deliver trauma-aware, healing-informed models of recovery-oriented, non-clinical psychosocial support — tailored to the needs of the individual and their family.
